Hello friends and loyal listeners. While Jack and I did our recording this week, if I am honest, it was not our best work. While we do try to have something every week, we try to maintain a certain atmosphere and topical discussion. This weeks recording was rather poor, our topic was not that good, our transitions abysmal as normal and our discussion rather uninspired. While we appreciate the couple dozen of you that listen to this very much, it is important to us that we deliver content deserving of your ears and the endorsement/plugging of our producers and friends. We will be bringing better content next week as I don’t think we’ll have time to re-record.
In the meantime, Jack and I rolled on the attached chart, I got 14 and Jack got 65. If you absolutely need some Traditional Games content in your life for this week, roll on the chart and send us your results. Otherwise you can look at our archive.org page and listen to our older episodes.

In this episode, Jack and Mongoose get big brained. First they complain more about Wizards of the Coast, then the attempt to build a system neutral theory to wargame listbuilding, including all the high points on what you should bring. Finally they round it out with some high quality shitposting about board terrain.
